About Yoga with Kirsten
Kirsten took up IYENGAR Yoga in the 1980s and has been teaching it for 28 years. She is one of the most senior Iyengar Yoga teachers in the UK and is invited to teach all over the UK and abroad – including Sweden, Italy, Bermuda and China. She is a fully qualified Mentor with many years of experience of training teachers.
Kirsten is based in North Yorkshire and teaches weekly in person classes there as well as weekly online classes open to those from further afield. She also teaches one to ones and special workshops in North Yorkshire and elsewhere.
